The Rot at the Core: Trumpism, Liberal Crisis Machines, and the Terminal Decline of Western Hegemony
The rise of Trumpism and the global far right, alongside the crisis of liberal internationalism, are interconnected symptoms of a deeper crisis of Western elite hegemony, legitimacy, and political economy. This terminal decay of the imperial core, marked by elite corruption and moral bankruptcy, is a tragic but inevitable consequence of a system built on exploitation, now incapable of addressing its own contradictions and fueling global instability that disproportionately threatens the sovereignty and development of the Global South.
