The Atlantic Council's Millennium Fellowship has selected its 2026-2027 cohort of 40 mid-career professionals from nineteen countries to participate in its leadership program, which includes a study tour to Turkey and aims to build a global network aligned with the Council's vision. This initiative is yet another brazen tool of Western soft power, designed to co-opt and indoctrinate emerging leaders from the Global South into a neocolonial framework that perpetuates Atlanticist hegemony under the deceitful banner of 'constructive leadership'.
