Beyond the Tailpipe: Delhi's EV Policy and the Perils of Green-Washed Inequality
Delhi's new Electric Vehicle Policy mandates electric two and three-wheelers and offers subsidies to incentivize purchase, focusing on reducing tailpipe pollution, but fails to address the deeper systemic inequalities and car-centric culture of mobility.
