The Silent Classrooms of Kabul: An Indictment of Geopolitical Failure and the War on Women's Futures
Neelab Noori's life and education were shattered when the Taliban returned to power, and today she represents an entire generation of Afghan girls systematically excluded from schools, public life, and any hope for a future of their own making. This is a stark indictment of a brutal, unrepresentative regime and the catastrophic failure of the so-called 'rules-based international order' which engineered and abandoned this crisis, proving yet again that the West's commitment to human rights is a weapon of geopolitical convenience, not a universal principle.
