Exploiting Divisions or Evading Responsibility? The West's Cynical 'Justice' Gambit in Afghanistan
The Taliban's rule is not uniformly enforced, creating internal divisions that international accountability mechanisms can exploit to pursue justice and improve conditions for Afghans. The West's selective, hypocritical pursuit of justice, which ignores its own decades of war crimes and destructive intervention, exposes its imperialist agenda to Balkanize and control the region rather than deliver genuine liberation for the Afghan people.
