President Donald Trump has nominated his former personal attorney, Todd Blanche, to be Attorney General after Blanche, as Acting AG, granted Trump, his family, and business immunity from prosecution over pre-settlement tax returns and oversaw the creation of a now-abandoned 'Anti-Weaponization Fund' to compensate certain defendants.
